Account Solution Engineer, Thailand - SMB Market

About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Account Solution Engineer for its Thailand market, focusing on small and medium businesses (SMBs). The role partners with clients and works with internal teams to agree on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines, acting as a trusted advisor and trusted advisor for digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SMB organisations across industries through discovery sessions and workshops in Thai and English
• Define business problems, propose innovative solutions and recommend practical next steps
• Communicate and evaluate solution options, helping clients build decision frameworks and governance processes
• Deliver product demonstrations and rapid prototypes to show connected experiences
• Build customised Salesforce solutions and presentations for multiple customer personas
• Explain the customer's architecture as it relates to Salesforce solutions
• Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them to the opportunity strategy
• Take part in product, sales and procedural training and certifications
• Travel according to territory alignment and region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Fluency in Thai and English is a must
• Experience evaluated on core competencies such as leadership, military or volunteer experience

Required skills

• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technologies
• Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams in varied political environments
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications, previous solution/sales engineer experience at a CRM company, basic HTML and web programming
