Sales Support – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Sales Support professional on a 1‑year contract, providing administrative and coordination support to the sales team at our smart manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand. You will act as a bridge between customers, engineering, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and organize workshops, meetings and plant visits for customers.
• Manage customer accounts, prepare commercial quotations and coordinate sales activities.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and price changes in the SAP system.
• Prepare samples and ensure internal activities meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to file and manage sales documentation.
• Coordinate engineering change requests (ECR) and maintain related documentation.
• Support indirect purchasing and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong English writing and conversational skills.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
