Senior Ops Specialist / Associate Manager – Partner Communications (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Ops Specialist / Associate Manager to lead Partner Communications within its Performance Marketing team. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will design, execute and optimise B2B CRM campaigns that engage our supply partners across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of CRM programmes, including email, push notifications, SMS and in‑app messaging.
• Identify gaps in the current communications portfolio and develop creative concepts to strengthen brand messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance data to drive incremental growth and generate fast learnings.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts and creative teams to translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Report results and recommendations to the Head of Partner Communications.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset combined with a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience managing B2B CRM or partner‑focused marketing campaigns at scale.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and influence cross‑functional teams.
