Store Operations Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Store Operations Specialist to manage product content across eCommerce channels, ensure items are ready‑to‑sell, and help brand clients grow their online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product content on eCommerce channels such as webstore, Lazada, Zalora, LINE, etc.
• Ensure products are ready‑to‑sell and well presented to maximize sales volume.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production) and external partners (brands, e‑commerce channels).
• Oversee supply chain and inventory management with suppliers.
• Research market data and monitor competitors’ online promotions.
• Assist brand clients in rapidly increasing their sales on online channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (new graduates welcome).
• Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
