About the role

We are looking for a Store Operations Specialist to manage product content across eCommerce channels, ensure items are ready‑to‑sell, and help brand clients grow their online sales.

Key responsibilities

Manage product content on eCommerce channels such as webstore, Lazada, Zalora, LINE, etc.
Ensure products are ready‑to‑sell and well presented to maximize sales volume.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production) and external partners (brands, e‑commerce channels).
Oversee supply chain and inventory management with suppliers.
Research market data and monitor competitors’ online promotions.
Assist brand clients in rapidly increasing their sales on online channels.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (new graduates welcome).
Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software and systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with attention to detail.
Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
