3PL Warehouse Manager

About the role

The 3PL Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily inbound and outbound operations at Philips’ third‑party logistics distribution centre in Bangkok, Thailand. The role ensures smooth order, shipment and inventory flows while collaborating with the 3PL partner and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor inbound, outbound, return shipments, value‑added services, scrap and rework activities performed by the 3PL.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews with the 3PL to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track and improve 3PL performance through KPI reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Verify logistics invoices, control budgets and ensure accurate cost management.
• Oversee order fulfilment from receipt to delivery, including picking, packing, shipping and tracking.
• Ensure cycle counts are performed and SAP stock records match physical inventory.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP‑3PL interface IDocs, reprocess failures and coordinate with technical teams.
• Lead transformation projects that support Philips’ supply‑chain strategy and performance goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a multinational environment; medical industry experience is a plus.
• Proven experience managing third‑party logistics providers and outbound order processes.
• Knowledge of trade compliance regulations such as customs, export control and dangerous goods.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Strong expertise with SAP (including IDoc handling and transaction monitoring).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with Infodis Transportation Management System.
• Ability to analyse and resolve interface errors and perform integration testing.
