Advertising Operations Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Bangkok as an Advertising Operations Specialist. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to plan, launch, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LINE, Shopee, Lazada and other platforms.
• Implement performance tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel and similar tools.
• Collaborate with Content, Graphic, SEO, Business Development and Finance teams to ensure campaign success.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct online meetings to uncover growth opportunities, and deliver regular performance, renewal and benchmark reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid‑media advertising at any level.
• Background in account executive, client service or key‑account management.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in client‑facing situations.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
