Assistant Sales Manager - Industrial Heat

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Industrial Heat will support Bosch’s growth in Thailand by developing sales plans, prospecting new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle for industrial heat solutions. You will work closely with distributors, internal logistics, marketing and the manufacturing plant to deliver value‑based proposals to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business unit strategies and sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads and collaborate with partners and distributors.
• Promote consultative selling by uncovering customer pain points, energy‑saving opportunities and long‑term business value.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to closing.
• Manage assigned territories and accounts, delivering customer‑oriented presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including logistics, marketing, cross‑country teams and the manufacturing plant.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in industrial sales, project sales or business development within manufacturing industries.
• Ability to travel throughout Thailand with a personal car and a valid driver’s license; occasional international travel may be required.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Knowledge of steam, water and utility systems for manufacturing plants.
• Understanding of capital‑goods and project‑selling processes.
