Associate Director, Global HR Operations – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Global HR Operations function, based in Bangkok with relocation support. The role sits within the People Experience and Services team and is responsible for shaping the employee‑facing service model across the Help Desk, self‑service foundations and People Relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Help Desk (Tier 1) and Tier 0 self‑service platforms, ensuring timely and high‑quality support for employees and managers.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services, handling sensitive employee matters and driving consistent policy application.
• Design and implement scalable operating foundations that enable smooth onboarding, mobility and lifecycle experiences.
• Partner with business leaders to align people services with organisational goals and culture.
• Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR operations, people services or related functions.
• Strong track record of building and managing high‑performing service teams in a global environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, multicultural workplaces and drive consistent service delivery.
