About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. The role focuses on developing and optimizing data‑driven marketing programs that enhance customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, and implement successful test results.
Analyze large experiment datasets, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on roadmap implementation.
Create and maintain dashboards, derive insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
