About the role
Michelin is looking for an Automation Maintenance Engineer in Laem Chabang. The engineer ensures the quality of maintenance and the condition of physical assets in the production area, improves machinery reliability and provides technical support in areas such as troubleshooting, maintenance, reliability and durability.
Key responsibilities
- Assure the quality of maintenance and of its physical assets for the production area.
- Improve machinery reliability and provide technical support in troubleshooting, maintenance, reliability and durability.
- Define, manage and optimise maintenance plans and job plans for internal and external operators.
- Take part in equipment evolution projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Automation / Control Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical / automation / control maintenance; new graduates are also welcome.
- Native Thai speaker with good English communication.
Required skills
- Preferred: PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell), control systems, PanelView, AC/DC drives, motors, inverters and HMIs.
- Preferred: maintenance concepts and problem-solving.
