เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง

ตำแหน่ง Customer Service / Receptionist ที่คลินิก Wellness & Longevity จะเป็นหน้าที่หลักในการต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้มารับบริการ

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

ต้อนรับผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมิตร
ตอบรับโทรศัพท์และอีเมลสอบถามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของคลินิก
จัดตารางนัดหมายและบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ต้อนรับและจัดการเอกสารพื้นฐาน
ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในคลินิกเพื่อให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Customer Service หรือ Receptionist อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่ดีเยี่ยม
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีมารยาทในการต้อนรับลูกค้า

ทักษะที่ต้องการ

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
