เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง
ตำแหน่ง Customer Service / Receptionist ที่คลินิก Wellness & Longevity จะเป็นหน้าที่หลักในการต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้มารับบริการ
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ต้อนรับผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมิตร
- ตอบรับโทรศัพท์และอีเมลสอบถามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของคลินิก
- จัดตารางนัดหมายและบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ต้อนรับและจัดการเอกสารพื้นฐาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในคลินิกเพื่อให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Customer Service หรือ Receptionist อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่ดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีมารยาทในการต้อนรับลูกค้า
ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
