Customer Service - Sales Support

About the role

This Customer Service position supports sales and customer relations, working with local customers and overseas offices. It covers quotations, CRM data, and sales administration, and suits someone with experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service or freight forwarding.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations for local customers and overseas offices.
• Coordinate with overseas offices on pricing, shipment requirements and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on existing sales opportunities recorded in the CRM system (myCRM).
• Work with overseas sales teams to develop and convert business opportunities, even when managed outside the local office.
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Operations, Pricing and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
• Provide sales administrative support and assist with customer inquiries.
• Monitor quotation status and follow up proactively to maximise conversion.
• Prepare sales reports and support other sales-related activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service or Freight Forwarding; logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with local and international stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
