Customer Service Staff – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Staff member to join our team on a 12‑month contract in Bangkok. You will act as the front‑line liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery coordination and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and delivery orders, interfacing with customers to build strong service relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and third‑party providers to arrange deliveries and monitor shipment status.
• Work closely with back‑office (APTC) to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Support credit management activities, including billing corrections, invoice discrepancy handling and overdue payment follow‑up.
• Handle customer complaints through the Non‑conformance Management system, driving investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide regular order status reports and compare actual orders against sales forecasts.
• Assist in implementing business rules for the customer order management process.
• Offer backup support and take on additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in business, marketing or supply‑chain management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, business or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across sales, logistics and finance teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP order‑to‑cash processes.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
