Distribution Wealth Banking Manager

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Distribution Wealth Banking Manager for its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role works with private banking teams to promote mutual fund products, provide training and deliver investment solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the private banking teams so that sales staff are well equipped to sell mutual fund products effectively.
• Train and educate sales staff on mutual fund features, structured funds, investment knowledge, economic situations and strategies.
• Visit clients and recommend investment plans that help them reach their financial goals.
• Take part in marketing activities such as booth events, seminars and client visits.
• Provide mutual fund products in line with investment strategies and client goals.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the team lead and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1-3 years of experience in mutual fund relationship management or private fund business.
• Self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Wealth management products: mutual funds, bonds, insurance, structured products.
• Financial planning and advisory for affluent clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Portfolio analysis and asset allocation.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital wealth platforms.
