Engineer I, Test Engineering - Product Development

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring an Associate Test Engineer (Engineer I) in its Product Development team in Chon Buri. The role designs and implements cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for semiconductor products, working across product development and manufacturing phases. It is an entry-level position with no travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement cost-effective testing methodologies to validate system and equipment performance
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs to evaluate product functionality and performance metrics
• Support the design of test fixtures and equipment, and define test setups that stress devices for standards compliance
• Assist in planning labor, schedules and equipment allocation for testing activities
• Take part in troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues during product development
• Ensure testing processes follow quality standards and requirements
• Contribute to the design of PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in test engineering or a related field
• Graduate job

Required skills

• Ability to write structured test cases and document repeatable test procedures
• Basic understanding of diagnostic testing and qualification testing
• Fundamental knowledge of PCB design for test applications
• Basic skills in estimating resource needs for testing
