Facility Management Internship 2026

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in facility management within Bosch's Rayong industrial site. You will support daily operations of water, wastewater, and utility systems while gaining exposure to preventive maintenance and energy‑saving projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily checks and inspections of water supply and wastewater treatment systems.
• Support monitoring of air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, ventilation, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Help with preventive maintenance tasks and basic repairs under supervision.
• Participate in spare‑parts inventory checks and 5S activities.
• Prepare daily reports and flag any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Contribute to energy‑conservation and facility‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utilities or wastewater treatment systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work in a plant environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
• Basic English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
