Finance Assistant Manager / Manager – Transaction Services

About the role

The role involves performing financial due diligence and leading complex engagements for Forvis Mazars' clients. You will analyze financial and operational results, identify trends and risks, and prepare pro‑forma financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence and lead critical client engagements.
• Analyze financial and operational results of companies and targets.
• Identify historical financial trends, quality of earnings, performance, and potential risks.
• Prepare pro‑forma financial information.
• Conduct industry and organization research as needed.
• Execute projects through fieldwork, client interaction, and target company visits.
• Coach and mentor staff through on‑the‑job training and formal learning events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA are a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial due diligence, financial advisory, or audit & assurance for Assistant Manager level; 5‑6 years for Manager level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
