Finance Business Partner

About the role

Roche is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Bangkok to drive financial stewardship, resource optimization and strategic decision support for the local affiliate. The role shapes financial modeling across the market P&L and balance sheet and partners with commercial stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business planning processes, including the strategic business plan, annual budget and monthly financial outlooks.
• Deliver analytics, resource allocation models and financial tools for the full affiliate P&L and balance sheet.
• Provide structured, high-level analysis of planning assumptions and performance targets to executive leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on financial analysis, consultation and transparency.
• Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed activities.
• Generate actionable financial insights and scenario modeling to help teams reach strategic goals and maximize ROI.
• Identify, design and implement process improvements to simplify financial operations and improve reporting.
• Lead special financial projects and ad-hoc strategic assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance or Accounting; a major in marketing, business or science is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in a senior Finance role, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Initial leadership experience from direct line management or non-hierarchical functional leadership.
• Proven experience partnering across global and local matrix organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, able to turn complex financial data into business terms.
