Flight Operations Documentation Project Leader (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Flight Operations Documentation Project Leader on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to oversee the delivery and customization of flight operations manuals and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) content for our global customers. Based in the Bangkok area, you will work closely with the Documentation and EFB Management Services team to ensure accurate, timely documentation across multiple aircraft programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and advise customers on their current flight operations manual management processes.
• Coordinate the customization of flight operations documentation in various output formats (PDF, Ops Library Browser, eQRH, FlySmart+, etc.).
• Provide aircraft fleet management, Service Bulletin integration and XML expertise for flight operations manuals.
• Deliver, update and customize documentation for aircraft simulators in digital format for training purposes.
• Support the Flight Operations Documentation/EFB Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope.
• Maintain and distribute updated information across all relevant platforms and modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with aircraft systems, flight operations documentation/manuals and EFB management.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Required skills

• XML authoring expertise.
• Proficiency with XML authoring tools such as ADOC, FODM and DocManager.
• Experience with FlySmart+ configuration, performance module and load‑and‑trim sheet module.
• Knowledge of EFB formats and management.
