Planning and Technical Records Officer (CAMO)

About the role

This position combines planning and technical record‑keeping to ensure airworthiness and safe completion of all maintenance activities for the customer fleet. You will support Part M and Part 145 processes, liaise with customers and Airbus technical representatives, and manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect accurate flight hours, create and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Programme, and coordinate project schedules with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure availability of spares and tools, forecast short‑ and long‑term spare part needs, and develop hangar schedules for upcoming maintenance.
• Update aircraft movement records, prepare work orders, verify applicable technical publications, and maintain logbooks and electronic records.
• Gather completed work documentation, ensure proper signatures and approvals (EASA Form One, FAA 8130, etc.), and provide maintenance forecasts to customers and internal departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks and act as the primary contact for technical record queries, inspections, and component status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, technical records, or a similar CAMO role.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and proactive attitude to anticipate issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Veryon Tracking+ maintenance software (advantage).
