Flight Operations Documentation Project Leader

About the role

The Documentation and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Management Project Leader will join a global team delivering customized flight operations documentation and EFB solutions for airline customers. You will work closely with customers and internal project managers to ensure manuals, simulation documents, and EFB loads meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and advise customers on their current flight operations manual management processes.
• Coordinate the production of customized flight operations documents in multiple formats (PDF, OLB, eQRH, Flysmart+, etc.).
• Provide XML expertise for aircraft fleet management, service bulletin integration, and digital manual delivery.
• Support customers in front of aviation authorities and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver, update, and manage digital simulator documentation for training purposes.
• Collaborate with the Flight Operations Documentation/EFB Project Manager to meet schedule, budget, and scope targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with aircraft systems, flight operations documentation, or EFB management.
• Strong ability to handle multiple deadlines, work under pressure, and operate autonomously.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with XML authoring tools such as ADOC, FODM, or DocManager.
• Experience using Flysmart+ for performance and load‑trim modules.
• Knowledge of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) formats and workflows.
