Graphic Designer – Technology & Real Estate

About the role

Fluxion Tech is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support its Technology and Real‑Estate divisions. The role will produce high‑quality visual assets that reinforce the brand, drive marketing campaigns and communicate product and project information across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics for social media, digital marketing, print materials, event displays and presentations.
• Create engaging promotional materials for Technology and Real‑Estate projects.
• Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines across every platform and format.
• Collaborate directly with Marketing, HR and Product teams to deliver required visuals.
• Manage multiple deadlines, keep design files organized and stay updated on design trends.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, creativity and visual sense.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Capability to interpret briefs and turn business requirements into effective visual designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and AI‑driven workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Canva.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Good grasp of branding and maintaining a consistent visual identity.
• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools for idea generation and design enhancement.
• Familiarity with social‑media design formats, trends and audience engagement.
