About the role

Chef Cares is looking for a strategic Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives and ensure commercial success. The role is based on‑site in Phra Khanong, Bangkok and focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the food & beverage (F&B) and fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute marketing strategies and comprehensive marketing plans.
Conduct consumer surveys to gather market insights and inform product positioning.
Develop story ideas that align with editorial direction and content pillars.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

Required profile

Proven background in F&B and FMCG industries.
Strong strategic mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
Experience in leading cross‑functional initiatives on site.
