HR Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for an HR Manager in Thailand to lead the human resources function of a growing startup. The role covers recruitment, HR infrastructure, culture and engagement, performance management, compensation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: lead the end-to-end recruitment process to expand the team quickly, identifying and attracting top talent aligned with the startup's mission.
• HR infrastructure: develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks suited to a growing startup.
• Culture and engagement: foster a positive, inclusive, high-energy workplace that encourages innovation and employee retention.
• Performance management: set up frameworks for goal setting, performance reviews and professional development.
• Compensation and benefits: manage payroll coordination and design competitive benefits packages.
• Compliance: ensure all HR activities comply with local labour laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a startup or rapidly scaling business.
• Strong expertise in recruitment and employer branding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity.
