IT Onsite Technician (English, Thai)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA, serving industry-leading clients. It is looking for an IT Onsite Technician in Bangkok who can provide first and second level technical support to end users, with fluent Thai and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools
• Handle first and second level support via calls, tickets and user interaction
• Respond promptly to IT questions from end users
• Document every end-user interaction in the Service Now ticket system (incidents, requests)
• Create, maintain and use knowledge articles
• Deliver IT onboarding training to new starters
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Fluent Thai and fluent English; other languages are a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in regulated IT environments (e.g. GxP) is a plus
• Criminal record not older than 3 months
