Project Manager - Thailand

About the role

Azeus Convene is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team in Thailand. The role covers client onboarding, project planning and communication, and also involves tracking ESG reporting requirements and supporting the development of the ESG product offering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones and deliverables for each client, and align project scope and objectives with client expectations
• Identify the resources and tasks needed for each project and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle
• Provide project updates through meetings or email, manage client expectations and document any changes
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and send progress reports to clients and senior leaders
• Support client onboarding and software handover by gathering client needs and organising walkthroughs and training
• Respond to client queries within the agreed turnaround time
• Monitor ESG reporting requirements in the markets covered by the team and help improve the ESG product offering with colleagues from IT, Marketing and other departments
• Own production targets, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output
• Contribute to team training sessions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Business, International Development/Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies or similar); a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or International Human Rights is good to have but not required
• At least 2-3 years of professional project management experience for SaaS products
• Superior client-facing skills and proven ability to define a Statement of Work (SOW) and manage expectations on changes, costs and timelines
• Proactive risk and issue management, including escalation handling
• 3-5 years of direct experience managing B2B software, ERP, CRM or SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to Go-Live is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team and resolve conflicts neutrally
• Fluent English and Thai
