Junior Machines Maintenance Staff

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s dynamic team in Amata City, Rayong, as a Junior Machines Maintenance Staff member. You will support the reliability of manufacturing equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and reduce recurrence.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimise downtime.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, technical losses and maintenance costs.
• Create and update work instructions, maintenance procedures and plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, and support 5S activities.

Required profile

• Proactive, vibrant attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Junior‑level experience or academic background in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
