Kindergarten/Early Years Teacher – International School in Thailand (Oct 2026)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten/Early Years Teacher to join our bilingual international school in Thailand starting October 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality early years education within a play‑based, developmentally appropriate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, play‑based lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework.
• Foster early literacy, numeracy and social development skills.
• Create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues within the Global Immersion Program.
• Participate in school events, meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (British curriculum background preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Kindergarten/Early Years teaching experience.
• Qualified Early Childhood educator.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Patient, warm and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Adaptable and culturally sensitive within an international school environment.
• Available to start in October 2026.
