Lead Consultant, Delivery Management

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Lead Consultant in Delivery Management to join its Infrastructure business. You will work with a highly skilled team to transform client ideas into reality across a range of infrastructure projects, from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges, and water security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver small, medium, and large‑scale infrastructure projects, overseeing cost estimates, tender submissions, scheduling, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients at middle to senior levels to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Support cross‑geography and market initiatives by applying your skills to diverse project environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Instrumentation, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 6‑9 years of experience in project delivery within the infrastructure sector.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Chartered status is preferred, along with a passion for continuous learning and innovative engineering.
