Lead Structural Engineer

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join its Built Environment business in Bangkok. You will work on a variety of building, transport, land and water infrastructure projects, applying your expertise to deliver innovative and technically robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review structural calculations, technical drawings, specifications and reports.
• Design both high‑rise and low‑rise buildings, including reinforced concrete, post‑tensioned and steel structures.
• Create and analyse models using finite‑element software such as STAAD PRO, SAFE, SAP2000, ETABS and RAPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide design support across projects.
• Ensure compliance with local engineering licences and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer licence (Council of Engineers, Thailand) – 2nd level preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of design experience in a consulting engineering firm.
• Strong English communication skills and computer literacy.
