Lead/Associate Hydraulics Engineer

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Built Environment business in Bangkok as a Lead/Associate Hydraulics Engineer. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop plumbing and fire‑protection solutions for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, using BIM tools to turn concepts into detailed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce plumbing and fire‑protection designs, calculations and reports under senior engineer guidance.
• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for plumbing and fire‑protection systems.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and ensure it meets project schedules.
• Update existing models and documents as project requirements evolve.
• Create and maintain regional BIM templates.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, perform clash detection and support resolution.
• Assist with information exchange between internal and external stakeholders during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP building services design or construction.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and innovative engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Revit and BIM modelling (LOD specifications).
