Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical Focus

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead mechanical problem‑solving and solution implementation on the shop floor of its smart factory in Thailand. You will ensure equipment reliability, support cost‑reduction initiatives, and transfer technical knowledge to the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MAE problem‑solving and implement solutions on the shop floor.
• Prepare technical details and issue standard maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with the spare‑parts team to guarantee availability of critical components.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive machine and quality improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas for mechanical cost‑reduction projects.
• Train maintenance technicians and share technical expertise.
• Monitor MTTR and MTBF KPIs to meet target performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
• Proven ability to solve mechanical problems and improve machine design.
• Strong knowledge of machine alignment concepts.
• Understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
