Manufacturing Engineer – Automotive Fuel Injector Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support series production and ramp‑up of our new gasoline injection system plant in Rayong, Thailand. You will work on‑site in a smart factory environment, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency and output for automotive fuel injectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP launch, ramp‑up and monitor OEE, scrap, cycle time and productivity.
• Analyse production data, take corrective actions on chart deviations and drive machine improvements.
• Review and update P‑FMEA, control plans and develop error‑proofing solutions.
• Prepare production documents, work standards and budget plans for improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on quality, safety (5S, 8D, FMEA line walk) and HSE activities.
• Participate in engineering change requests, internal IPN reporting and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably with IATF 16949 compliance.
• Knowledge of washing, annealing, trembling and assembly processes.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
