Manufacturing Engineer – Molding

About the role

Join Bosch's first smart factory in Thailand as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on molding. You will support series production, ramp‑up activities and continuous improvement to ensure high quality, cost efficiency and output.

Key responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP and ramp‑up, monitoring OEE, scrap, cycle time and productivity.
• Track production charts and act on deviations from control criteria.
• Review and update P‑FMEA, control plans and develop error‑proofing solutions.
• Prepare production documents, work standards and budget plans for improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on quality, safety and 5S initiatives.
• Lead 8D problem‑solving and respond to customer requests using PSS.
• Provide tooling, parameters and documentation for new models up to SOP.
• Support engineering change requests and internal reporting.
• Assist internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, safety).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of automotive industry experience.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional production teams.
• Strong knowledge of molding and assembly processes.
• Deep understanding of automotive quality methods and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience with SOP, IDC, OEE, CRI and safe launch procedures.
• Project management and moderation skills.
