Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer you will support Bosch's first smart factory in Thailand, ensuring the highest quality standards for gasoline injection systems and related components. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive preventive quality initiatives and support new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product audits and conduct preliminary investigations for molding and assembly processes.
• Drive preventive quality management for connector business, including 14Q, QAM, control plans and FMEA line walks.
• Moderate Process‑FMEA for new product launches and relocation/localization projects.
• Enhance quality mindset of MOE1.1, MOE1.2 and PJM1 associates.
• Coordinate process audits, Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) and 14Q on the shop floor.
• Support 8D leaders and handle internal/external quality investigations.
• Define and implement Safe Launch activities for new SOPs and manage document control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive quality management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams for quality improvement and complaint handling.
• Strong problem‑solving skills using 8D, fishbone, why‑why, Ishikawa and 5‑Why techniques.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent English communication skills.
