Medical Representative – Oncology, Breast Cancer (Hybrid, Chulalongkorn, North)

About the role

AstraZeneca is hiring a Medical Representative for Oncology Breast Cancer in a hybrid role covering the Chulalongkorn, North area. The representative sells a specific product or group of products, acts as a technical expert on company products, therapeutic classes and patient needs, and builds long-term relationships with key customers. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is typical.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements, including product examination.
• Engage specialty care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy and safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Work with the Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals.
• Drive sales performance so that forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic and managed market information for the assigned territory.
• Comply with regulations on interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven direct sales experience in oncology and/or specialty care products.
• Able to work flexibly across a hybrid territory covering Bangkok and upcountry areas.
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive a car for business purposes.
• Mature, self-driven, patient, energetic and positive-minded.
