Packaging Specialist – Navanakorn Factory

About the role

Lead packaging projects and trials at the Navanakorn factory, focusing on line performance, cost efficiency, on‑time delivery and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects and trials at factory level, ensuring line performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide packaging input for new products and improvements, evaluating alternatives.
• Organise and document factory trials, including machinability, shelf‑life, storage, laboratory and transport tests.
• Conduct value analysis to identify cost improvements and source reduction opportunities.
• Implement packaging‑related quality and compliance directives and drive quality improvements.
• Assist Factory QA in reviewing packaging controls and implementing monitoring plans.
• Participate in supplier audits and analyse consumer complaints to propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field (Packaging, Materials Science, Printing).
• Minimum 3 years R&D packaging experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Good command of English and computer proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
