Mold Making Technician & Repair – 2 Openings

About the role

Join Bosch's smart factory in Thailand as a Mold Making Technician & Repair specialist. You will work on high‑precision mold tool components for connectors and fuel injection units, supporting both local and international automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling, HSM, EDM, wire‑cut, grinding, CMM and laser‑welding machines to manufacture mold tool components according to work and quality instructions.
• Perform tool repair and manufacture spare parts, coordinating with the team leader to prioritize tasks based on production schedules.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols and process flows to maintain a safe work environment.
• Track KPIs such as utilization and man‑hours, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in 14Q activities, safety walks and LPC line walks.
• Assist internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and CIP systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool & Die or Injection Molding.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tool & die, molding tools, spare‑part or jig‑fixture manufacturing.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and effective teamwork.

Required skills

• CNC milling, HSM, EDM, wire‑cut, grinding, CMM and laser‑welding operation.
• Tool repair and spare‑part fabrication.
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with 3CAD NX, VISI, SolidWorks and Inventor.
• Use of precision measurement instruments.
