Partner Account Executive - SMB & Mid-Market

About the role

Cisco Thailand is looking for a Partner Account Executive for its SMB and Mid-Market segment. The role is a sales position responsible for driving growth and managing the SMB territory, working closely with distributors to build a sustainable run-rate using Cisco's Partner Program and the tier-2 partner ecosystem. It also involves cultivating and expanding relationships with key partners and exploring new growth streams such as hyperscalers and IoT.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales execution to consistently achieve and exceed quota targets within the SMB and Mid-Market territory.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with strategic partners, aligning their business models with Cisco's growth objectives and executing partner account plans focused on business transformation, capability development and go-to-market strategies.
• Scale the run-rate through distributors and expand into emerging channels such as MSPs, IoT and hyperscalers.
• Anticipate industry disruptions and competitive trends to advise partners on future-ready technology and "Get Well" strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales, account management or partner management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with channel partners, distributors or within a technology ecosystem.
• Preferred: understanding of sales and channel dynamics, with experience in commercial, enterprise or public sector account management; experience working with distributors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree.
