PR & New Media Operations

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is hiring a PR and New Media Operations professional in Bangkok. The role covers content planning, account management across major social platforms, copywriting and promotion, and data-driven insight on industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Build the brand image independently and produce creative, insightful marketing and event campaign plans.
• Operate official new media accounts such as TikTok, WeChat Official Account, Douyin and Xiaohongshu, with strategies to grow followers.
• Write press releases and promotional materials, publish industry reports, announcements and research articles, and plan brand promotion campaigns.
• Track trends in business, investment and Thai-Chinese cooperation, adjust communication strategies to market feedback and publish regular industry insights.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense and strategic planning skills, able to create trending, influential content.
• Familiarity with the operation and distribution rules of major domestic and international new media platforms.
• Passion for the new media industry and good market intuition for turning selling points into brand messages.
• Full end-to-end execution ability, from idea to delivery.
• Proficiency in Chinese-English or Chinese-Thai (at least one foreign language as a working language); overseas work experience is preferred.
