Private Equity & M&A Senior Account Executive

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) practice in Bangkok. You will advise corporate clients, lenders and legal advisors on insurance solutions throughout the investment lifecycle, from project finance to acquisition, portfolio management and exit.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, private equity funds, corporates, law firms and other advisors.
• Analyse client transactions to identify risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including warranty, indemnity, tax liability and contingent liability cover.
• Collaborate with Power & Energy and Commercial practice teams to gather project information and support financing structures.
• Manage policy and coverage negotiations to align with clients’ commercial objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex accounts, handling day‑to‑day communications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably with infrastructure exposure.
• Proven ability to develop client strategies and negotiate terms.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
