Process Engineer – New Project Launch

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a proactive Process Engineer to support the launch of new projects at its Amata City, Rayong facility. The role focuses on improving manufacturing performance, supporting capacity expansion, and ensuring high product quality within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, OEE, cycle time, and internal defect cost.
• Provide technical support for production processes, machines, and equipment through analysis and problem solving.
• Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities with local and international teams.
• Participate in machine upgrades, automation improvements, and jig/fixture development projects.
• Assist with capacity expansion and new model introduction activities for assembly lines.
• Review and improve PFMEA, control plans, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance manufacturing performance and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of machine design, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good English communication skills.
