Product Designer – Localization (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Product Designer specializing in Localization to join its Bangkok design team. You will help shape the user experience of Agoda’s global travel platform, ensuring that interfaces are intuitive, culturally relevant, and accessible across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality user interfaces and interactions for localized product areas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define user flows and visual specifications.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user research findings into design iterations.
• Maintain design consistency while adapting content for regional markets.
• Own end‑to‑end design execution from concept through hand‑off.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of full‑time product design experience on digital or web‑based products.
• In‑house design experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
