Production Planning Planner

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Production Planning Planner in Chon Buri. The role is responsible for creating, managing and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. It involves coordinating with related departments, analyzing data and proactively addressing potential production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, material availability and production capacity.
• Coordinate with engineering, production teams and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability or production capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential production issues.
• Use ERP or other scheduling software to manage production schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience with the production planning process, including scheduling and capacity planning.
• Able to use ERP or other scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
