Project Control Analyst

About the role

ACCIONA Energía, the world’s largest 100% renewable energy company, is looking for a Project Control Analyst to support its rapidly expanding wind and solar portfolio in Southeast Asia. The role will focus on cost management, planning, and progress reporting for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Level II planning for approved projects in coordination with the Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Integrate Business Development plans into Level I and II schedules for assigned wind and photovoltaic projects.
• Develop and maintain planning templates, defining activities, durations, and dependencies.
• Monitor work progress and produce weekly and monthly planning reports.
• Analyse project execution to identify critical paths, risks, and propose schedule adjustments.
• Determine critical and sub‑critical paths from engineering hand‑over to operations hand‑over.
• Prepare progress curves and other planning documentation as required.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management and discipline coordinators to achieve optimal results.
• Upload and maintain planning documentation on SharePoint, ensuring accessibility across departmental applications.
• Identify and suggest improvements to departmental instructions.

Required profile

• Experience managing construction project costs and schedules.
• Ability to prepare and adjust detailed planning templates for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Strong analytical skills to assess critical paths and project risks.
• Effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams and project managers.
