Quality Engineer – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Quality Engineer to support relocation and new customer projects at its smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. You will ensure product quality, handle customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to customers.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinating investigations with internal teams.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits.
• Conduct 14Q and FMEA walks, identify quality improvement opportunities, and collaborate with other departments.
• Support additional tasks assigned by the quality group leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering within a factory environment.
• Proven ability to lead a quality team on the shop floor.
• Strong command of English (spoken, listening, reading).
