Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

About the role

Join Bosch's first smart factory in Thailand as a Quality Technician on the manufacturing floor. You will support both day and night shifts, ensuring that processes and products meet the highest quality standards in a fast‑growing automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day and night shift process inspection for LSR, molding and assembly operations.
• Conduct product inspections at the assembly line and perform daily 5S audits.
• Pre‑analyze risks, apply escalation procedures for deviations, and confirm process release and machine cleanliness.
• Coordinate inline testing of each product using QMM2 according to the control plan.
• Maintain sample audits, manage safe launches to QMM2 testing, and handle non‑conforming parts.
• Provide quality topics such as NOK part confirmation, measurement defects, training issues, and CKD concerns.
• Request special analyses of tests or measurements when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher vocational or diploma education in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Quality Technician on the shop floor.
• Strong quality mindset, systematic thinking and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of 5S and 14Q methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to read and write English.
