Regional FP&A Analyst – Asia Consumer Business Group

About the role

Join 3M's Asia Consumer Business Group as a Regional FP&A Analyst, supporting financial performance across key Asian markets, including Thailand and Taiwan. You will partner with business and finance stakeholders to deliver insights, strengthen reporting, and drive disciplined planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly business performance reviews, financial reporting, and management analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate analysis for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Monitor and analyse spending across Field Sales, Marketing, and AdMerch to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with local teams on financial reviews and approvals for rebates, MDF, and PDRs.
• Analyse commercial and financial metrics such as A/R, DSO, portfolio mix, price changes, and performance trends.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to improve visibility and decision support.
• Collaborate with country Business Finance leaders and Global FP&A teams to streamline processes.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across countries.

Required skills

• Power BI – building dashboards and reports from scratch.
